Staff Randy Graves, Landscape Architect / Owner Email: randy@mpdg.net As owner/partner of MPDG, Randy has been practicing his love of Landscape Architecture and Garden Design for over 25 years in the central Mississippi region. A 1983 graduate of Mississippi State University, Randy’s has vast knowledge and experience in the design and construction of large commercial developments, residential estate projects, and the creation of intimate courtyard gardens. His experience and his passion for the design/build process helps bring vision and integrity to every project MPDG is associated with. Randy and his wife Latricia reside in Flora, MS. Kirk Cameron, Landscape Architect / Owner Email: kirk@mpdg.net Kirk’s love for people and making an impact in other people’s lives has been the driving force for the growth of MPDG!  His passion for creating environments that people enjoy has allowed his focus to shift from creating environments for his customers to creating an environment for every MPDG team member to enjoy! Kirk, his wife Kristie and their two children, Caroline and Caleb live in Madison and are members of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.  Kristie is a full time MOM and is very active in Caroline and Caleb’s school and extra curricular activities.  Kirk is very active in the community, including organizations such as Rotary, MAADCAP and other volunteer organizations. Jessica Hughes, Office Manager Email: jessica@mpdg.net Jessica comes to us with a multifaceted resume.  Through the years she has acquired experience in Human Resources, Accounting, Lean Manufacturing/Management, Auditing, and Training.  These skills were obtained while working for successful Fortune 500 companies such as Southwest Airlines and American Eurocopter. She is committed to helping MPDG build their client base and maintain their small business feeling as they grow.  During the week, you’ll find Jessica taking on challenges such as a second language and Dale Carnegie.  On the weekends, Jessica loves the outdoors especially those hot summer days which she normally spends with her family and friends as well as her entourage of animals. Cannon Williams, Personnel / Payroll / Accounts Receivable Email: cannon@mpdg.net Cannon is the Human Resource Director. She grew up in Bentonia, MS and graduated from Tri-County Academy. She has been married to her husband Dewayne since Dec 1999 and they have two young boys Michael and Joseph. They live in Yazoo County. Cannon has been working closely with the landscape architects and designers for over 10 years. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and her animals. Tyler James, Design Operations Manager / Sales Email: tyler@mpdg.net Tyler is a 2005 graduate of Mississippi State University in the Landscape Architecture program and has been with the company since September of 2005.  As design operations manager, Tyler is GUNG HO in his work ethic and strives to create long lasting relationships with clients that will create a memorable experience with outstanding outcomes.   His love for the design / build industry, knowledge of plant material, and a passion for design and construction bring landscape value to projects. Tyler’s areas of knowledge and interest include residential and commercial design, planting design, and construction techniques.  He is married with one child and resides in Brandon, Mississippi. Terry Merchant, Landscape Design / Sales Email: terry@mpdg.net A 2001 Graduate of Mississippi State University, Terry joined the MPDG Team in 2006.  He has a wide range of knowledge and experience in the Landscape Architectural field that encompasses town master planning, recreational and commercial development, historic research and preservation, and residential design.   His passion of gardening and plant materials provides our clients with a great resource of practical gardening information that helps translate into more informed design decisions. Terry’s ability to provide unique and innovative horticultural spaces has recently seen him assisting MPDG in its Total Grounds Maintenance program development. Terry’s Passion for low maintenance, one of the kind floriculture experiences has been of great assistance in this new division. Ryan Bailey, Landscape Designer Email: ryan@mpdg.net Ryan is a graduate of the Landscape Architecture program at Mississippi State University.  Upon graduating in 2007 he became a proud member of the team here at Madison Planting & Design Group.  Ryan has a passion for creating outdoor living spaces that not only enhance the environment but also adds significant value for our clients.  His passion and attention to detail blend well into the design/build process that MPDG offers our clients.  Ryan enjoys building relationships and strives for excellence in everything he does. Jason Norville, Field Operations Manager Email: jason@mpdg.net Jason graduated from Hinds Community College in 2004 with a degree in Landscape Management and holds a Mississippi Landscape Gardener’s License, Mississippi Tree Surgeon’s License, and Mississippi Restricted Ornamental Pesticide License. Jason joined the MPDG Team in 2004 and brought with him a passion for the outdoors and a desire to produce and achieve excellence. His knowledge and experience ensures that the client realizes their personal goals and the employees achieve their professional goals. Jason enjoys time with his family and has a passion for hunting. Dade Beausoliel, Installation Team Manager Email: dade@mpdg.net Dade Beausoliel has been working in the Landscape Business for seven years. He has spent his horticultural Career working in local nurseries where he learned all types of tricks and tips and found that this was the path he wanted to follow. Dade attended Hinds Community College for three and a half years. He felt that furthering his education with a degree in Landscape Management would lead to making himself successful in landscape business. He has moved up quickly with MPDG to the position of Installation Team Manager. Dade will tell you he enjoys the work and putting smiles on faces that normally do not smile! Juan Sebastian, Installation Team Supervisor Email: juan@mpdg.net Juan is originally from Guatemala, but has been in the United States for eighteen years.  He has been with MPDG since February of 2005.  He has over 12 years of experience working with the landscape construction industry.  His main passion is building outdoor features, so that our clients can spend more time outdoors enjoying their landscape.  His attention to detail provides our clients with the quality and value that they are seeking. Jason King, Installation Team Supervisor Email: jason@mpdg.net Jason is a resident of Ridgeland, MS.  He has been working in the landscape industry for 7 years, and he joined the MPDG team in August of 2006.  His passion is maintaining the integrity of our clients’ properties.  He believes through his attention to detail, he can offer clients not only a landscape, but spaces they can enjoy and be proud of. David Johnson Email: david@mpdg.net David Johnson is a native of Yazoo City. He has worked for multiple Management positions. David attended classes at Hinds Community College in the Landscape Management Curriculum. David joined the MPDG team in 2006. David?s leadership skills, positive attitude, and pride in his work are great contributions to the workforce and the culture of our employees here at Madison Planting and Design Group. David resides in Yazoo City with his loving wife Laura. Abdulazeez “ Azeez” Hassan Email: abdulazeez@mpdg.net Azeez was born January 23rd 1967 at Zaria, Kadima state in West Africa to Dr. Col and Mrs. Patricia Hassan. Azeez attended Ahmadu Bello University Elementary Staff School from 1972–1979. Enlisted into the Nigerian Military School in August 1979–1984. Served in the Nigerian Army until 1989. After leaving the army Azeez became a Agricultural Commodity Export Agent for Nigerian Exporters of Cocoa Beans, Gum Arabic, Cashew Nuts, Palm Karnel Cake, Sesame Seed etc. Azeez was married in 1990 to Lami Abdulazeez Hassan. Came to the United States in March of 1999. He worked at Sanderson Farms, food division in Flowood as a floor worker then to a Quality Control Technician from 1999–2005. Also at the same time worked a second job with Brent's Nursery and Landscape Company from the year 2000–2005. While working at Brent's Azeez developed an interest in the Green Industry. In December 2005, He decided to pursue a career in Landscaping and enrolled in the Landscape Management Technology program at Hinds Community College. In 2006 Azeez was recruited by Jason Norville for an internship with MPDG. After the Internship Azeez worked part-time with MPDG until graduation. Upon Graduation in December of 2007 Azeez was awarded a Degree in Landscape Management Technology, and also received a MS Certified Commercial Pesticide Applicators License from the Mississippi Department of Agriculture & Commerce, Bureau of Plant Industry. Azeez is Happily married with three children Farida (16), Munira (14), Baba Jnr (10).
